Who I work with
I work with autistic adults, including late diagnosed autistic women, struggling with masking or overwhelm. I also work with autistic adults impacted by trauma or struggling with low self worth or self acceptance.
About Me and How I Work
I am an integrative therapist. I like sessions to feel collaborative and I prefer empathy over techniques and strategies. However, I think psychoeducation is very important when appropriate.
Qualifications & Professional Background
I have a Level 4 diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and a Philosophy degree. I am a Registered Member (408817) of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). All BACP members are bound by and adhere to the Ethical Framework For Counselling Professions.
