Who I work with
I work with autistic and ADHD adults, often those who have received a late diagnosis or are in the process of exploring whether they might be neurodivergent. Many of my clients come to therapy to understand themselves more deeply — to navigate masking, burnout, and anxiety, and to build more authentic, fulfilling relationships. A number of the people I work with also identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and value having a therapeutic space that feels affirming, inclusive, and understanding.
About Me and How I Work
Therapy is collaborative and creative. It’s about gently bringing awareness to your experience, understanding the needs beneath it, and experimenting with new possibilities — all at your pace, in a space where you are fully supported. This means our sessions are not one-size-fits-all: they are shaped by you, for you, and responsive to what you need in each moment.
Whether you want to untangle the impact of past experiences, explore your identity, or simply find more space to breathe and be yourself, I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can feel seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are.
