Now I work solely with women and any person going on their menopause journeys. Partners too. At 60 I am post menopause - if there is such a thing. Qualifications & Professional Background

My core modality is Human Givens Therapy.

I integrate aspects of different models such as Parts Therapy and trauma focused counselling, using the Rewind Technique.

I'm also a Hypnotherapist with the Hypnotherapy Society.

I'm an accredited member of the NCPS
