I am trained in an integrative and person-centred way. For me this means that I put individual needs at the heart of the work. I have an extensive tool box of techniques and approaches we can draw on but what we do will entirely depend on what works best for you. It's also completely ok to not know exactly what you want. I have a thick skin and I'm more than happy to try things out together and for you to give constructive feedback until we find what works. Some of the approaches we might draw on include: IFS, CFT, ACT, existential therapy, solution-focused therapy, creative techniques and narrative therapy.
