Rosalyn Jenkins

She/Her/Hers

Online and in Stockport, Greater Manchester.

I’m committed to providing a safe, non-judgemental space to support people on their journey to emotional well-being and personal growth, using an approach tailored to the needs of each individual I see. My approach involves helping individuals identify current issues and goals to work towards, along with developing an understanding of how patterns in their relationships, thoughts and behaviours have formed and been maintained. Together, we then seek to make changes to these patterns based on individual goals drawing on techniques from a range of therapeutic approaches.

Who I work with

I work with adults facing emotional and interpersonal difficulties, many of whom have experienced trauma, and I specialise in supporting neurodivergent clients.

A significant number of my clients are autistic and/or have ADHD. My own late diagnosis of autism and probable ADHD enables me to better understand and help my clients address challenges such as masking, burnout, trauma, anxiety, and depressive symptoms.

I provide both online sessions and face to face therapy in Stockport.

I work with people presenting with a wide range of problems, including Depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Complex-PTSD, Dissociation, Low Self-Confidence/Self-Esteem, Anxiety Disorders, Eating Disorders, Interpersonal and Relationship Issues, Bereavement/Loss, Adjustment Issues, issues in the Perinatal period, and Long-Term Health Conditions.
