I am a late diagnosed, Autistic and Dyslexic counsellor and understand how important it is to have a safe, affirming space where you can be heard, validated and respected. My core foundation is person-centred. However, I also take an integrative approach, using a variety of tools and techniques where appropriate. This allows me to tailor my support to clients individual needs.

Who I work with

I offer online and Face-to-face sessions in South Birmingham, helping clients explore what us going on for them and to gain a deeper understanding of themselves. I have experience of supporting clients with depression, anxiety, self esteem issues particularly through a neurodivergent lens. I am trained and inclusive of LGBTQIA+ identities, including GSRD (Gender, Sex and Relational Diversity. )

Qualifications & Professional Background

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I am a fully insured and Accredited member of the NCPS. I have experience of working within a charitable organisation, Community interest company and now work in private practice.
