Olena Baeva

She/Her

Online

I’m Olena, a BACP-registered counselling practitioner and clinical supervisor with over 20 years’ experience. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and focused on what matters most to you. I create a safe, affirming space where you can slow down, make sense of things, and work through challenges at your own pace. Because no two people are the same, I use a flexible, personalised approach. I draw from a range of therapies, always keeping neurodivergence, identity, and relationship diversity in mind. My aim is to help you feel understood and supported, whether that means untangling long-standing patterns, strengthening your relationships, or finding a calmer, more confident sense of self.

Who I work with

I work with people who want to better understand themselves and their relationships. That includes individuals, couples, and throuples. I regularly support clients facing anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, trauma, grief and loss, identity challenges, self-esteem issues, and big life transitions.

Many of my clients are neurodivergent or in relationships with neurodivergent partners. As someone who is openly autistic and ADHD, I bring not only professional knowledge but lived experience to this work.

I am Gender, Sexual and Relationship Diversity (GSRD) affirming, working with LGBTQ+ clients, people exploring Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM) or polyamory, and those navigating challenges like conflict, infidelity, communication hurdles, and emotional or sexual intimacy.
