He/Him

Online & in person (Hythe, Kent)

My approach to therapy is rooted in existential ideas, focusing on creating a space where you can explore what it means to live well, in a way that is meaningful to you. I believe in the importance of a non-judgemental, compassionate environment where you can safely reflect on your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My integrative training allows me to draw on various therapeutic frameworks, using them as starting points for curiosity and insight rather than fixed explanations. Sessions with me are typically non-directive and open-ended, embracing the complexities of life without imposing rigid structures. I value the collaborative process and aim to support you in exploring the unchangeable, recognising new possibilities, and finding a way forward that feels authentic and sustainable. My therapy environment is one of meaningful connection, where diversity is celebrated, and every individual’s perspective is valued. Whether you are seeking individual therapy or clinical supervision, my work is underpinned by the belief that growth is always possible and that we each have the capacity to live a rich and meaningful life.

Who I work with

I work with adults who are navigating a late realisation that they are Autistic and or ADHD. I often work with experiences like masking, burnout, uncertainty and questions around what it means to live authentically. I offer both online sessions (video) and in person sessions from my room in Hythe Kent.

Qualifications & Professional Background

I am a highly qualified and experienced therapist with a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice, which I completed with distinction. I have been in practice since 2011. My original training means I am integratively trained, with a strong foundation in existential therapy, which informs my approach to creating a space for exploring what it means to live well. My therapeutic practice is also influenced by various other frameworks, allowing me to tailor my approach to each client's unique needs.

I am a Senior Accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), which underscores my commitment to maintaining high professional standards. Additionally, I am a qualified group facilitator, running several therapy groups within my local community.

I hold professional insurance to ensure that my practice meets all necessary legal and ethical requirements, providing my clients with peace of mind. I also hold an enhanced DBS certificate.
