Who I work with
I work with autistic individuals navigate intimacy and relationship issues. Over the years I have helped autistic adults with presenting psychosexual difficulties as well as written course material for autistic organisations on how to navigate relationships when you are autistic. I have online and in-person therapy sessions. My therapy private practice is based in Aylsham Norfolk.
About Me and How I Work
When I was a teen I declared I wanted to work as a relationship therapist, but was told by my school that it wasn't a real career. Being determined to prove them wrong, and autistically focusing on my special interest, I just had to prove them wrong! Now, after 20 years, I run a counselling and psychotherapy practice, focusing on relationships and intimacy issues.
As an autistic therapist I bring blunt honesty to my sessions. When working with clients I help navigate the somatic, narrative, emotions, and beliefs and help piece this all together with my client to help find where they need to be in their life.
