Matty Tong

In person in Clapham, London and online.

I am an integrative therapist which means that I use different approaches and choose what fits the client best. Everyone is different, so therapy should be flexible and adapt to what they need, rather than expecting them to fit a set method. This is particularly true when working with children and young people. Therapy might involve talking, drawing, play, using objects, working with images, or just having space to think and be. I offer a warm, supportive and neuroaffirmative environment.

Who I work with

As an autistic therapist, I specialise in working with neurodivergent children and young people. Many of my clients are experiencing difficulties with anxiety, school avoidance, masking, depression, burnout, and questions around their identity.
