Who I work with
I work with autistic and neurominority individuals and couples/relationships online and in person in
Banbury, Oxfordshire. Many clients are late diagnosed, or self-diagnosed Autistic, AuDHD and ADHD. I
have experience with working with members of the trans and LBTQAI+ community as well experiences
with masking, burnout, stress, anxiety, relationships, identity, grief, trauma, religious doubt, abuse and
spirituality.
About Me and How I Work
As an Integrative therapist, I am client led and like to work collaboratively with you, welcoming all parts;
Laughter is welcome, tears are welcome, all parts of you are welcome. I try to find ways of working that
feel comfortable for you, that might be through the use of metaphors, creativity or visualisations.
Otherwise through psycho-educational tools or knowledge that help you navigate your relationships with
people around you. Therapy with me should feel safe and non-judgemental, without pressure or
expectations being placed upon you, thinking through your experiences in your own timeframe.
Qualifications & Professional Background
I am trained in Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Person-centred counselling with a Level 4 diploma, as
well as a MA in counselling and psychotherapeutic practice and a Level 6 Clinical Supervision
qualification. In addition I hold a certificates in working with relationships/couples, trauma,
neurodivergence and online working. I am an accredited member of the British Association of
Counselling and Psychotherapy, a member of the ICO and hold insurance with Holistic Insurance.
