Who I work with
I am a psychosexual and relationship therapist working with individuals and couples who want support with intimacy, desire, sexual difficulties, and connection. Many of the people I work with are neurodivergent adults or couples, including autistic and ADHD clients, as well as those in mixed-neurotype relationships. I offer online therapy across the UK and provide a calm, thoughtful space for exploring relationships, communication, and sexual wellbeing in a way that feels respectful, accessible, and free from pressure.
About Me and How I Work
I bring a calm, thoughtful, and grounded presence to my work. I am particularly attentive to how power, safety, and consent show up in therapy, and I aim to create a space where clients feel respected, listened to, and able to go at their own pace. My approach is person-centred and integrative, shaped by psychosexual therapy, relational work, and trauma-informed practice.
I work collaboratively, getting to know each client or relationship as it is rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model. Sessions are structured enough to feel containing, while still allowing space for curiosity, reflection, and flexibility. I pay close attention to communication styles, nervous system responses, and relational patterns, helping clients make sense of what is happening for them and explore practical ways forward.
I am especially mindful of creating a therapy environment that feels accessible and inclusive, particularly for neurodivergent clients and those who have felt misunderstood or overwhelmed in previous therapy. Whether working with individuals or couples, my focus is on reducing shame and pressure, strengthening understanding and connection, and supporting clients to build relationships — with themselves and others — that feel more sustainable and aligned with their needs.
Qualifications & Professional Background
I am a qualified psychosexual and relationship therapist with over 5 years’ experience working in both organisational and private practice settings. I hold a Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Sexology and a Level 3 Diploma in Counselling Skills, and I have provided therapy through Sex Therapy Herts as well as running my own independent practice since 2022. My work is grounded in ongoing clinical experience with individuals and couples presenting with a wide range of sexual and relational concerns.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing on psychosexual therapy, relational approaches, and nervous-system–aware practice. I have completed specialist training in Relational Life Therapy (RLT Level 1), developed by Terry Real, and my work is strongly informed by RLT principles such as relational accountability, mutual respect, and understanding how early attachment patterns shape adult relationships. I also hold a certificate in Neurodivergent Wellbeing and regularly undertake CPD in areas including neuroaffirming practice, sexual trauma, sexual pain, non-demand sex therapy, and working ethically with diverse client groups.
I am an Accredited Member of the College of Sex and Relationships (COSRT 4064) and work in accordance with their ethical framework and professional standards. I hold professional indemnity and public liability insurance with Holistic Insurance, engage in regular clinical supervision, and am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure my work remains ethical, reflective, and responsive to clients’ needs.
