Who I work with
I work with autistic (and AuDHD) adults who are exploring or coming to terms with their neurodivergence, whether through self-realisation, a recent diagnosis or a lifetime of "feeling different". I offer a warm, accepting space where you can explore your neurodivergence including: identity, masking, burnout, rejection sensitivity, PDA, anxiety and grief.
I also work with couples and polyamorous groups (including mixed-neurotype partnerships) to help strengthen understanding, communication, and connection with the relationship(s)
I offer both online and in person sessions near Huddersfield (HD8).
About Me and How I Work
I am a relational, humanistic therapist and I work using a person-centred approach.
My sessions offer a warm, accepting space where you lead the way and your thoughts and feelings are welcomed - no advice, no judgement. My goal is to foster trust and understanding so we can explore what feels difficult, at a pace that feels safe for you. vI believe the therapeutic relationship itself is key, so I focus on building trust, acceptance, and understanding.
I adapt my way of working to suit your needs — whether that means flexible communication styles, sensory-aware adjustments, or giving space for silence and reflection. At the heart of my work is a belief in authenticity, compassion, and respect.
Therapy with me is about building self-understanding, confidence, and meaningful connections, It’s a space where you can be heard, accepted, and supported in moving toward a life that feels more sustainable and true to who you are.
