She/Her

Online only

My approach to therapy is very somatic, in that I encourage clients to focus on their sense of regulation, both in and outside of the therapy session. This nervous system awareness is always beneficial for neurodivergent folk. I utilise person-centred, humanistic counselling skills, whilst also drawing on elements of cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy, depending on the client’s need and reason for attending.

Who I work with

I work with neurodivergent adults, and some teens, who are seeking talk therapy. I do work in-person at a school, and also at an addiction rehab facility; however my private talk therapy sessions are held online. Many clients come to therapy with me to navigate issues like autistic identity, trauma recovery, anxiety, dysregulation, masking, burnout and cultivating healthy relationships.
