She/Her

Online/Telephone (UK wide), In-Person (Essex, UK)

In our sessions, you’ll have a space where you can feel understood, supported, and not judged. I offer open-ended and time-limited sessions, whether you want ongoing support or a few focused sessions. You can choose online counselling throughout the UK, telephone, or in-person therapy in Essex—whatever works best for you. Our work together is guided by what feels right for you, whether that’s exploring your experiences, reflecting on patterns from the past, or finding practical ways to move forward. We’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable, helping you gain clarity, build confidence, and feel more at ease in your life.

Who I work with

I work with late-diagnosed Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD adults, including parents, new mums, and those in the pre/postnatal period. Many of my clients seek perinatal counselling and therapy for challenges such as masking, burnout, overwelm, anxiety, low self-esteem, loss of identity, relationship difficulties, boundary issues, and building confidence in their parenting. Some have experienced feeling they have no support, being overlooked, or judged, while others may have faced difficult experiences in childhood or during previous pregnancies, births, or the postnatal period.

Qualifications & Professional Background

I hold a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice and a Level 3 Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills, along with specialist training in perinatal mental health. Over the years, I have also completed courses in hypnotherapy for anxiety, panic, and phobias, as well as The Rewind Technique for trauma, enabling me to support clients dealing with difficult past experiences in a safe and structured way. My training in postnatal mental health and early parenting relationships, together with my experience supporting new mums at a local children’s centre, gives me valuable insight when working with new or expecting parents.

As a pluralistic therapist, I draw on a range of approaches—person-centred, CBT, psychodynamic, and hypnotherapy, among others—to best support you. This means I can adapt to what feels right for you, whether you need a space to talk and be heard, learn strategies to manage anxiety or stress, or explore deeper patterns from the past. Some approaches focus on understanding your feelings in the present, while others help uncover how past experiences shape who you are today. I work flexibly so that, together, we can find the path that works for you.

I am an accredited registrant member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and hold professional indemnity insurance, ensuring that my practice meets professional and ethical standards.
