I am an integrative counsellor passionate about helping people through life’s challenges and supporting them in reaching their full potential. Before becoming a counsellor, I studied psychology (BSc and MSc), which sparked my curiosity about how we think, feel, and behave. I also gained experience working with individuals with developmental differences and neurodivergent clients, which has helped shape my compassionate, personalised approach. Who I work with

I work with autistic, ADHD, and dyslexic adults (age 18+) seeking an affirming space to explore identity, recent or late diagnosis, and support that truly fits their needs. I also support LGBTQIA+ clients, especially transgender and non-binary individuals, who want to share their story in a safe, inclusive environment. I offer therapy online and in person in Cheltenham and Devizes.

Qualifications & Professional Background

I qualified in 2024 with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, following a Certificate in Counselling Studies. Prior to this I completed a BSc in Psychology and Behavioural Sciences, and a MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis and Intervention in Learning Disabilities at the University of Kent. I have completed various CPD training and do so on an ongoing basis my most recent training being
-Living and Working with Neurodivergence: Mental Health and Wellbeing,
-Understanding the Impact of Affirming Support for the LGBTQIA+ Community
- Trauma Informed Counselling.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their ethical guidelines. I am insured with Holistic Insurance Services.
