Who I work with
I also specialise in supporting adults adjusting to life after an Autism or ADHD diagnosis, helping them explore areas such as unmasking, social anxiety, burnout, and self-acceptance. I offer sessions online, in person and by phone.
About Me and How I Work
I offer therapy that fits you, rather than expecting you to fit a particular approach. I work with adults, including students, navigating challenges such as stress, depression, self-esteem and anxiety. Some people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or stuck, unsure how to move forward. Others want time to reflect, make sense of emotions, or work through experiences that have shaped them. My approach is person-centred, meeting you at your own pace and honouring your unique lived experiences.
There’s no expectation to have the right words or to share everything straight away - our work together is led by what you want to bring. Whether it’s having a good rant, challenging your beliefs, or gently exploring something you’ve been holding onto, we’ll start where it feels right for you.
Qualifications & Professional Background
I'm trained in psychotherapeutic counselling. My approach is pluralistic, drawing on CBT, Humanistic and Psychodynamic models.
