He/They

Online and South Bristol, UK

I offer open ended therapy but always with the understanding that we are working towards our sessions ending with my clients becoming their own therapist. Sessions are client-led and collaborative and I work integratively, with a basis in phenomenology and existentialism, working with the client to understand what they are experiencing in the moment and how they understand their experience and also psychoynamic therapy to explore how their past has shaped them. As well as this I am trained in two trauma therapies, Rewind therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing). Both of these therapies are particularly helpful for clients who feel very stuck in their distress and struggle to communicate their experience. We would not need to choose one therapy over the other and can integrate any of these therapies together within our sessions.

Who I work with

I work with adults and young people on the neurodivergent spectrum (autism, ADHD, AuDHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia) who may also be LGBTQ+ and support them to process the masking, burnout, anxiety, stress and relationship issues that often results. Some of my clients have other diagnosed conditions like OCD, depression or disordered eating/eating disorders. From my practice in South Bristol and online, my goal is to help my clients live a happier life.
