Online and In Person Kendal & Blackpool

We are living in stressful, oppressive and confusing times. If you are feeling disheartened, frightened or unsure, you are not alone. While therapy cannot always change your environment or circumstances, it can help you to develop tools to cope with overwhelm and to process pain. So many of us have experienced suffering. Moments of rejection, trauma or childhood wounding can echo through our lives, shaping how we see ourselves and the world. Over time, we might begin to believe that we are not good enough, that we’re difficult or even that we are “the problem.” In our sessions, you’ll be invited to tell your story. To explore what it means to be authentically yourself in a space free from judgment, shame or blame. With curiosity, compassion and kindness, we’ll ask questions like “how did I come to be where I am?” and “where would I like to go next?”

About Me and How I Work

If you’re neurodivergent, I’m committed to tailoring sessions to your needs. I also strive to create a safe, affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals, people from diverse racial and cultural backgrounds and anyone navigating systemic oppression. Your questions are welcome to ensure I’m the right fit for you.

Qualifications & Professional Background

Qualified pluralistic therapist. My helping background was established working in residential childcare supporting young people who had faced trauma, abuse and neglect. Since then I have managed drug and alcohol services and have worked closely with adults and young people in a counselling capacity. I am passionate about ensuring therapeutic services are inclusive and undertake regular training and development to ensure I can embed this into my practice.

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Counselling, Coaching and Psychological interventions - University of central Lancashire

2023 - First class honours Working towards MSc Advanced Counselling & Psychotherapy Studies - University of Salford

Next Steps

There is no right or wrong way to connect with the therapeutic process. Therapy is an opportunity to create a space where you can be fully and authentically you. If you’re wondering what therapy could look like for you, I invite you to reach out. We can discuss your needs, answer any questions and explore the possibility of working together.
