I have experience working with autistic adults who're struggling with identity, confusion, overwhelm and navigating a world that's not built for us. I work in person in Basingstoke and online across the UK.
About Me and How I Work
I am a late-diagnosed autistic woman. I work as an integrative therapist using a person-centred base. I want to meet you, the client, where you are and will adjust the environment and how I work to suit you. We'll work collaboratively, integrating various modalities, working towards the life you want to live.
Qualifications & Professional Background
- Level 4 in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Basingstoke College of Technology)
- Bachelors degree in Medicine (University of Southampton)
- 14 years experience working in various roles with people who have severe and enduring mental health problems in third sector, private organisations and the NHS
