Who I work with
I work with autistic adults over the age of 18, both diagnosed and self-identified. I have worked with clients who are unsure of their identity and who live multiple intersections in their lives, such as trauma, sexuality, gender, co-occurring conditions, and cultural diversity.

I see my clients as multi-faceted beings and understand deeply from my own lived experience as an autistic person that one size does not fit all.
I prefer to engage as an equal in the therapeutic relationship and believe that you are the expert on yourself; however, years of trying to fit yourself into a neurotypical box may have left you doubting this. Let's explore together...
Qualifications & Professional Background
I hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling & Psychotherapy from the University of Aberdeen, and I'm registered with BACP.
I have since undertaken hundreds of hours (collectively) of specialist training in areas such as trauma-informed practice, working with diversity, culture, race and anti-discriminatory practice, group work, and working therapeutically with autistic adults, to name a few. I am always willing to share my certification on request.
