I work with adult clients, and often work with late-identified autistic or AuDHD clients who have either just been diagnosed or are considering seeking a diagnosis. I also work with clients who have experienced trauma, especially interpersonal trauma such as coercive control, emotional abuse, sexual violence, and physical abuse, either as children or as adults.

I also work with clients who have experienced trauma, especially interpersonal trauma such as coercive control, emotional abuse, sexual violence, and physical abuse, either as children or as adults.
Qualifications & Professional Background
I'm a registered member of both UKCP and BACP, with an MSc in Person-Centred and Experiential Psychotherapy. I initially qualified with a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling in 2021, going on to achieve my masters in 2025. I have been seeing clients since the beginning of 2020. I'm insured by Holistic Insurance and I'm DBS checked.

Weekly sessions last 50 minutes and cost £60 for individual psychotherapy and £80 for couples, which is payable within 24 hours of the session.
