Who I work with
I work with a wide range of clients. People come to work on relationships, sexuality, gender, issues of oppression such as racism, past trauma, exploring their neurotype, mental health diagnoses and so on. I offer short and long term contracts for adults either face to face or online via zoom. I am based in South Birmingham.
About Me and How I Work
I practice Gestalt therapy, which is a relational and phenomenological therapy. In practice this means I am interested in your experience of the world, and in your experience of relationships. It's also a therapy based on Field theory, which means I am interested in your wider situation and environment and how that is affecting you. I am also trained in Somatic work - which means I am interested in how your situation is experienced in your body.
Qualifications & Professional Background
I am accredited by UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy), and I am also a member of GPTI (Gstalt Psychotherapy Training Institute). I qualified in Gestalt Psychotherapy in 2009. Prior to that I qualified in counselling and in somatic therapy. I am insured for my private work.

I charge £65 per session, and a session lasts 50 minutes. I do have concessionary places for people on low income and for counselling students but there is usually a longer wait list for these.
