She/Her

Online Only

I offer Counselling & Psychotherapy, Art Therapy, Autism and ADHD Support and Brainspotting therapy. In our sessions we may focus on working with one type of therapy, or we may find that a combination of therapies is useful. We can work flexibly around your needs. I may also suggest psychoeducation, somatic exercises, DBT skills or coping strategies for specific challenges. I view therapy as a collaboration. It`s not what I do, but what we do together. I am not here to fix, but to listen. To sit alongside you during distress or despair. To be present when life is uncertain. To hold a calm, non-judgemental space for you to explore your hopes, fears and challenges. Sessions will be led by you. You may decide to explore historic issues, current challenges or a combination of both. I will support you with whatever you bring to the sessions. There is nothing out of bounds, nothing which we cannot make sense of together to help you to move forwards.

Who I work with

My work with clients is wide-ranging, but often people come to me when they are experiencing burnout, trauma, anxiety and depression, bereavement, loss, major life changes, feeling stuck, unable to cope, recovery from coercive control or experiencing existential crisis.

I am a neurodiversity affirming therapist. I accept and support clients regardless of their neurotype and work flexibly around my client’s needs. I welcome all clients regardless of neurotype, gender, sexuality, or cultural background, and I bring my lived experience to my work with autistic and ADHD clients.. I am also bisexual, and my practice is LGBTQ-affirming.
