He/Him

Online across the UK

As an autistic, integrative therapist, I offer online therapy for adults who want a space that’s relaxed, genuine, and adaptable. My approach is rooted in person-centred values — compassion, collaboration, and authenticity. Sessions are shaped around your comfort, communication style, and goals, supporting you to understand yourself and grow in your own way.

Who I work with

I work online with autistic and LGBTQ+ adults across the UK, often those exploring identity after a late diagnosis. Many of my clients come to therapy to unlearn masking, manage burnout, and build a more authentic sense of self in a space that truly understands neurodivergence.
