People between the ages of 14 and 60(ish) come to me for therapy when they're looking for an AuDHD, Queer therapist who has expertise in Complex Trauma, PDA subtype of ASD, Eating Disorders, Self Injury, Sex and Sexuality and Chronic Illness. I see individuals and couples (with expertise in monogamy and non-monogamy).
About Me and How I Work
I'm an eclectic clinician, leaning into what works. I'm trained in and utilize EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and more. I'm highly person focused, intersectional and feminist in my approach.
Qualifications and Professional Experience
I earned my Masters in Social Work from New York University and prior to and concurrent with my clinical career, had a wonderfully fulfilling career in non-profits and politics.
