About Me and How I Work

As a neurodivergent therapist, I bring both professional expertise and personal experience to my practice. I specialize in creating a safe, inclusive space for neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with Autism and ADHD, to explore their unique needs and experiences. My approach to therapy is person-centered and integrative, combining play-based modalities like Child-Centered Play Therapy, AutPlay, and Filial Therapy with a focus on building emotional resilience, identity, and authentic self-expression.

I believe therapy should feel collaborative and empowering. Each session is tailored to the individual, allowing room for creativity, emotional exploration, and structured support. Whether in-person or virtually, my goal is to make therapy a space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected, without pressure to conform to a "one-size-fits-all" approach.

I value an open, non-judgmental environment where clients can engage in meaningful self-discovery and growth at their own pace. My practice is designed to be a safe haven where neurodivergent children and families can thrive.

Qualifications and Professional Experience

I have been practicing since November 2024 after graduating from my Master's in Social Work in August 2024. I am working under supervision towards becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Registered Play Therapist (RPT). I have taken lots of trainings focused on Child-Centered Play Therapy.
