As an autistic person who is also in therapy, I know firsthand how powerful it can be to have a space where you don't have to mask, explain the unspoken, or squeeze yourself into a mold that doesn’t fit. I show up in the therapy room as a real person—compassionate, curious, affirming, and deeply respectful of each client’s unique lived experience.

My approach is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and rooted in collaboration. I believe therapy works best when it’s flexible, consent-based, and honors your needs, communication style, and pace. Some folks thrive with open-ended conversation; others prefer creative methods like art, metaphor, or roleplay—and some just need someone to sit with them in silence or complexity. All of that is welcome.

Sessions with me are not about fixing who you are—they’re about supporting your growth, your healing, and your right to take up space exactly as you are. I’m especially passionate about working with queer and trans clients, neurodivergent folks (diagnosed or self-identified), and those navigating chronic burnout, identity exploration, or trauma recovery.
