Caitlin Ruby Miller
She/Her
I work online only. I serve clients in Wisconsin & Illinois, USA. I can also see international clients.
Explore your neurodiversity. Build habits, behaviors, relationships, and a personal philosophy that is sustainable and joyful. Recover from burnout. Unmask and unleash your identity. Get unstuck. You may feel isolated, even though people think you're "put together." We'll tap into your potential. I'm ready to do this hard work with you: face your fears, be with you in what you may hide from even the people closest to you, and help reignite your spark.

About Me and How I Work
Clients build strong relationships, launch successful careers, harness and direct their energy, and improve their health. They learn how to communicate more effectively to help get what they want. They explore neurodiversity, autism, and/or ADHD on the quest to leverage self-awareness to optimize their life. You can make the impact on the world you've hoped for. The level of impact you've understood you're capable of. It's powerful work. I approach my own life path as it intersects with being as a therapist as: if I am willing to do the work, gain the skills, and have the courage to show up authentically in the world for myself, I gain the knowledge (intellectual, intuitive, and embodied) to guide you to do the same. Give your future self the gift of this work. I'll gladly help you along the way.
I believe in the importance of developing our personal philosophy, or the framework that influences our behavior, emotions, and thoughts. In my personal and professional journey, I explore existential crises, relationships, communication, neurodiversity, queerness, politics, liberation, authenticity, consciousness, giftedness, creativity, spirituality, purpose, holistic wellness, and mind-body theory. I am happy to explore these with you.
Qualifications and Professional Experience
I have personally navigated and help clients find a path to sustainable physical and mental health. I have built a network of like-minded practitioners for the mind and body that do their best to: listen to clients, believe clients, and seek creative solutions to address their struggles.
Through my diverse experience in the mental health field, I have learned what helps clients grow as well as what holds clients back. I now practice neurodiversity-affirming therapy, an approach that transcends pathologies. In my practice as a therapist, I do not consider any of my clients as “disordered”, “sick”, or “broken.” I believe this is the most effective way to approach mental health in our modern world.
I have a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, am licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Wisconsin and Illinois, and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance. I am pursuing additional state licensure as well, so you are welcome to reach out even if you do not reside in Wisconsin or Illinois.
