Baylee Swank
She/Her
I provide individual telehealth therapy to adults (21+) across Ohio.
I work with late-identified Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults who are navigating autistic burnout, chronic masking, identity shifts, and nervous system overwhelm. Many of my clients come to therapy after years of feeling misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or exhausted from trying to function in systems that were never built for them.
Clients often seek support for autistic burnout, anxiety, trauma, executive functioning challenges, unmasking, and identity exploration after a late diagnosis or self-identification. I frequently work with LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse adults, disabled and chronically ill clients, and individuals exploring how neurodivergence intersects with identity, lived experience, and systemic barriers.

About Me and How I Work
I am a neurodivergent therapist and doctoral candidate with a clinical focus on autistic burnout and late-identified neurodivergent adults. My work is relational, collaborative, and grounded in neuro-affirming and trauma-informed care. I believe therapy should adapt to you, not the other way around.
Sessions are flexible and paced to your nervous system. We may focus on building self-trust, understanding how your nervous system responds to stress, reducing shame, and exploring safer ways to unmask when and if that feels right for you. I integrate somatic approaches, executive functioning support, and trauma-informed frameworks, while honoring your lived experience as the most important source of knowledge.
I strive to create a therapy space that feels respectful, non-pathologizing, and grounded in disability justice, cultural responsiveness, and anti-oppressive practice.
Qualifications and Professional Experience
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in Ohio (License #I.2507013) and a doctoral candidate with a specialization in autistic burnout and neurodivergent adults.
My clinical work is informed by neuro-affirming practice, trauma-informed care, somatic approaches, and relational therapy. I have specialized experience supporting late-identified Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults, particularly those navigating burnout, masking, and identity transitions.
I am committed to ongoing professional development, accountability, and ethical practice, and I bring both clinical training and lived experience as a multiply neurodivergent clinician to my work.
