In my client work I see adults presenting with a wide variety of issues which include but are not limited to the following which are of special interest:
Neurodiversity - I offer an affirming environment to explore issues around neurodiversity, be it later in life diagnosis (including self diagnosis or suspected ND) or issues from childhood.
Loss & Bereavement - Bereavement can come in many forms, the death or expected death of a loved one, an unwelcome change in your life or the way you view yourself. Each persons experience of bereavement is unique.
Self exploration - Do you struggle to express your feelings or even identify what you are feeling? I offer a non judgemental safe environment to explore these issues.

About Me and How I Work
I'm Thomas Bell, and I'm a person centred counsellor and trainee Supervisor. I work with people online or via the phone within the UK or internationally.
Alongside my work as a Counsellor, I previously worked as the manager of a Bereavement and End of Life support service for a local charity.
I am passionate about making mental health support more accessible and as part of this I attend local steering groups aimed at improving access to bereavement & end of life emotional support in my area.
I also work alongside a number of charities helping them to provide low/no cost counselling to those in need.
I aim to provide a safe and supportive space supervision environment for you to explore your pratice and grow as a professional.
My approach to Supervision is all about putting you, the supervisee, front and centre. I'm here to empower you, working in a way suited to you and to help you tap into your own inner resources.

Advanced Certificate in Clinical Supervision Including Online and Telephone Working (Still completing)
I have completed a degree in Person Centred Counselling
I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)
I am insured through Holistic Insurance Services
