About Me and How I Work
I work predominantly with autistic, ADHD and neurominority supervisees, or those who support ND clients. My approach is warm, supportive, gently challenging and aims to help you develop and grow as a counsellor, whether you work for an organisation or in private practice. I hope that supervisees are able to check in with authenticity, consider how they are feeling or managing, how this affects their work and reflect on clients. I offer a neuro-affirming space that is trauma informed, with experience of working with adult individuals and couples/relationships who want to explore their identity, anxiety, depression, abuse, religion and spirituality, GRSD, grief etc and bring this experience into my work as a supervisor. I also supervise other counselling tutors and supervisors.
Professional Experience and Qualifications
I am a qualified clinical supervisor and have a CPCAB diploma in counselling, as well as a MA in counselling and psychotherapy and I am a qualified relationship counsellor and finally a counselling tutor teaching levels 2-4 on a CPCAB course. I have done additional training in working with trauma, neurodivergence, gender and sexuality and religion and spirituality. I am an accredited member of the BACP, a member of the ICO and fully insured.

You can also email me with any questions on lucindaharttherapy@yahoo.com. I offer supervision for 1 hr, 1.5 or 2 hrs PCM, monthly or fortnightly to suit your needs.
£60 for 1 hr, £85 for 1.5 hrs. Concessions available for students and newly qualified counsellors.
