About Me and How I Work
Much like in my therapy practice, supervision is, for me, first and foremost a relational process. Being in supervision can be a vulnerable experience as we bring all aspects of our therapeutic work, including the parts we might feel anxious or concerned about, so I aim to provide a compassionate, supportive and reflective approach grounded in the seven-eyed model of supervision.
My main way of working as a therapist is person-centred, and will draw from my pluralistic training in collaboration with clients.
Professional Experience and Qualifications
I am a BACP accredited and registered therapist. I qualified as a therapist in 2014 and as a supervisor in 2023.
I worked in the voluntary sector for many years in addiction and trauma services and have now been in private practice since 2021.

Supervision sessions are £60 per hour for qualified therapists, and £50 per hour for trainees.
