About Me and How I Work

As an AuDHD therapist and creative supervisor, I bring lived understanding alongside professional knowledge. I work in a flexible, relational way – often weaving in psychoeducation, metaphor, visual tools, and creative reflection methods that help make sense of complex dynamics. Supervision with me is a place to feel grounded, inspired, challenged, and supported.
I work online via Zoom and in person, and offer both regular and ad-hoc supervision.
