Online from East Sussex, UK

I work with therapists in training, newly qualified and experienced therapists, adapting my approach to fit your needs.

As a late diagnosed AuDHD therapist myself, I have an understanding of the specific issues that can arise for the neurodivergent therapist population, such as burnout, imposter syndrome and questions around how much of yourself to share with clients.

I also offer supervision to therapists working with neurodiverse clients.

Who I Work With

I work with therapists in training, newly qualified and experienced therapists, adapting my approach to fit your needs.

As a late diagnosed AuDHD therapist myself, I have an understanding of the specific issues that can arise for the neurodivergent therapist population, such as burnout, imposter syndrome and questions around how much of yourself to share with clients.

I also offer supervision to therapists working with neurodiverse clients.

About Me and How I Work

I set out to create a collaborative, safe space for fellow neurodivergent therapists and coaches, in which you can grow as a practitioner and feel supported in your work. My goal is for my supervisees to trust me with their doubts and concerns, as I believe there is so much to be learned from 'mistakes' and the things that make us uncomfortable. I ask that supervisees bring commitment and openness, which I will return in kind, together with experience, ethical solidity and acceptance.

My approach to Supervision is humanistic with a Person-centred foundation. I am also able to provide purely Person-centred Supervision to practitioners of this model.

My values and approach are holistic and anti oppressive. I am committed to: antiracism; gender, sexuality and relationship diversity (GSRD); and disability rights. I believe in the importance of noticing and addressing difference within therapeutic relationships.

I use a number of Supervision models, and particularly like the 7-Eyed model which I feel provides a good framework for positioning you, your clients, and your relationship, within the wider world in which we live and practice.

I regularly work with Autistic, ADHD, Highly Sensitive (HSP) and other neurodiverse practitioners, as I employ a neuro-affirming approach.

In addition to providing regular monthly or twice monthly supervision, I also offer Top up and consulting supervision. These sessions can be arranged on an ad hoc basis, after an initial foundation session has been undertaken.

I have experience supervising individually and in groups, within organisations and privately.

I am trauma informed in my practice, with experience working with homicide bereavement, complex grief and abuse.

I provide supervision online over zoom for both online and 'in-person' therapists. I bring an awareness of the differences in these ways of working to my supervision with understanding of the specific issues of risk and jurisdiction connected to online therapy.

Professional Experience and Qualifications

I am a qualified clinical supervisor and BACP Accredited and registered counsellor with over 16 years experience working in a variety of settings.
I trained in Person-Centred counselling and completed my supervision diploma in 2018. I also undertook additional advanced training in online therapy and supervision.
As a late diagnosed autistic and ADHD therapist myself, I draw on both my lived experience and professional training to support others working in this field.
