Danielle Mills

Autistic supervisor with ADHD offering affirming, relational supervision for neurodivergent therapists. Flexible, collaborative, and grounded in lived experience. I can support those who are setting up or working within not-for-profits.
I offer in-person sessions in Derbyshire, UK (with access needs in mind), as well as online sessions across the UK. Walk-and-talk, animal supported, and nature-based sessions are also available for those who find the outdoors soothing or regulating.
My style is open, reflective, and shaped by curiosity. I aim to create a space where you don’t need to mask, perform, or explain. Whether you want to explore client work, reflect on your own process, or navigate the challenges of working in private practice or community settings, we can work together at a pace and style that suits you.
I welcome creative approaches to supervision, including embodied work, sensory regulation, and including animal or outdoor co-regulation as part of the process. We’ll find what works best for you.
