About Me and How I Work
With over 15 years in coaching and counselling, I’ve experienced both exceptional and harmful supervision, and I’ve chosen to build the former. My space is grounded and solution-focused, with warmth, humour and occasional swearing. Our sessions are deeply collaborative and led by your needs, whether that’s solving tricky client situations, celebrating breakthroughs or reflecting on energy and ethics.
I am absolutely passionate about supporting counsellors and coaches to build thriving, sustainable practices.
Professional Experience and Qualifications
I hold a Foundation Degree in Humanistic Counselling, which was a three-year training that included over 200 hours of personal therapy and supervision. I’ve trained in existential, transactional analysis and Rogerian theory and I work in a trauma-informed way. I’m also a qualified coach through Relational Dynamics 1st, where I trained in psychology, neurology and emotional intelligence. I bring my lived experience of neurodivergence and have completed additional training in Neurodiversity in Coaching with Animas.
I'm qualified as an advanced clinical supervisor through Iron Mill College.
I’m insured with Balens and am a member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and the EMCC. I’ve clocked up thousands of hours of client work across counselling and coaching, and have a varied background including marketing, the third sector and the creative industries. I engage in regular clinical supervision and ongoing CPD.
